Join the members of the Reunion Planning Committee and other classmates in decorating before our dinner Saturday night and setting up the Silent Auction items. A fun time to spend a little more time with your classmates.

6:00pm -SHARP

Class picture will be taken in the Courtyard at the Best Western
You don't want to be late to this!
Evening attire is casual - sequins and cummerbunds are not required!

6:15pm

Non-host bar opens and runs throughout the evening.

6:30pm

Social officially begins with waiter served hors d'oeuvres
Silent Auction begins - note that the auction tables will be closed at staggered times throughout the evening. We will only be able to accept cash and checks!

7:15pm - 9:00pm

Self-serve appetizer buffet.

8:00pm - 10:00pm

Entertainment begins
Entertainment is provided by your classmates - we guarantee this to be a very memorable event that you will long remember.

8:30pm - 10:30pm

Self-serve coffee and cookies buffet.
